What must be recorded before launch.
Review the actual deployed site and document any cookie or similar storage technology, its provider, purpose and duration. Add the appropriate controls before enabling any technology that requires a choice.
No decorative consent banner has been added to imply a tracking system exists. A real consent control must be connected to the actual technologies it manages.
