A considered regional rollout.
- Scotland, council by council. Research local permit rules and the towns that can actually be supplied.
- Review before release. Around 100 areas a week is a planning ceiling, not a publication quota. Each page needs useful local evidence and confirmed business details.
- England follows by region. Broad regions lead to practical service regions such as Tyneside, then local area groups—potentially around 50 places where the coverage and research support them.
England pages are not part of this first batch. Scottish registrations will not be assumed to cover the English operating arrangements.
