Terms & conditions · draft
The agreement before the skip.
This website provides information and telephone contact. Confirm the contracting business and the full hire terms directly before agreeing a booking; these draft notes are not the final terms.
Draft — verification required. These are review notes, not completed contractual terms. Confirm the actual terms and supplying business before agreeing hire or payment.
Who the agreement is with.
Confirm the legal entity, trading name, company and VAT details where applicable, address and customer contact route. State whether the service supplies skips directly, brokers hire or introduces customers to a separate supplier.
The Scottish and English operating arrangements must be verified separately. A relationship with Skip Hire Doncaster does not identify the contracting party for a new booking.
What a confirmed hire must cover.
The final terms and quote need to explain the agreed size, waste type, weight limit, price, delivery position, included hire days and how collection is arranged.
- Delivery and collection responsibilities, including blocked access
- Private-land permission and public-road permit arrangements
- Excluded waste, overfilling and overweight handling
- Any agreed extension, exchange or additional charges
- Payment timing and the point a booking is accepted
Changes, cancellations and complaints.
The final contract needs legally reviewed cancellation and refund provisions, how date changes are handled, responsibility for damage and a working complaints process. These cannot be settled by guessing supplier policies.
Customer statutory rights must be reflected in the finished agreement. This draft intentionally contains no invented cancellation window, deposit rule, liability waiver or refund promise.
