From the first call to collection
Skip delivery and collection, step by step.
01
Give us a call
Call 0330 912 9966 with your postcode, waste type and preferred size.
02
Choose your delivery day
Next-day delivery is available. Agree the date, full price and included hire period when you call.
03
Make room, then fill your skip
The lorry lowers the skip into the agreed space. Load only accepted waste and keep it below the fill line.
04
Call when it is ready
Call 0330 912 9966 to agree a collection date. Keep access clear so the lorry can lift and take away the skip.
Road permits can take longer than next day. Your hire period is agreed when booking; collection is arranged when you call.
A useful question before you call
Will you know when my skip is full?
You need to tell us. Call 0330 912 9966 when it is ready; filling the skip does not send a notification or automatically schedule a collection.
