Mention the mattress separately
A mattress is not the same waste as a wooden bed frame. Ask about its acceptance and any separate arrangement before putting it with the rest of the furniture.

Clearing bulky bedroom furniture in Dollar
Wardrobes, drawers and bed frames leave large empty spaces when loaded whole. List the pieces and how they can be dismantled when asking about skip size.
Clackmannanshire road permits ↗
Checked 10 October 2026. Call to confirm access at your address.
Avoid unstable loading
Keep boards and larger pieces below the rim. Do not lean furniture against the outside of the skip or expect the driver to secure an overfilled load.
Choose by waste, space and weight
Compare the four small skip sizes
Use these approximate dimensions as a starting point. Container shapes vary; confirm the supplied skip and vehicle clearance before booking.

Heavy soil and rubble need an agreed load limit. Spare volume does not mean spare weight allowance.
Will your skip stand on the road?
Read the Clackmannanshire permit guidance before arranging delivery. Private land still needs the owner’s agreement and suitable vehicle access.

A useful question before you call
Can I add a divan base with the bed frame?
Describe the upholstered base separately. Padded furniture may need different handling from plain timber, so confirm its disposal before loading.
